A native of France, Gaël attended one of the top culinary schools in his native county know for educating and training the most prestigious and sought after chefs. Gaël, intrigued with the USA decided to bring his love of Foods, culinary artistry and European style to the United States, working as “Executive chef” for some of the top venues such as Beux- rivage, Saddle Peak lodge, and Remi just to name a few. He currently consults for top restaurants tweaking and adding succulent ideas and recipes for a superior dinning experience.

Gael’s career spans 20 years and incorporates all aspects of the food and wine industry. With his love of the business, Gaël decided to incorporate all his years of success by embarking on a new venture, recently starting a new catering and consulting business with an emphasis in food and wine pairing, specializing in superb, high quality, unique food styles that captivate an original dinning experience through this trend setting concept. Gaël is a pioneer in setting culinary trends and continually achieving standards of excellence in food preparation and incorporating original tastes and styles. He has been continually selected among some of the top well know chef’s in the country, contributing his knowledge and superb innovative cooking skills for international wine festivals every year in the premier wine valleys of the California coast.
